Dear Colleague,We have a very challenging position with hCentive Technology,Noida www.hcentive.com JOB DESCRIPTION: Lead UI/UX DesignerExperience: 4-10 years We are looking for a passionate Web Designer to create amazing user experiences. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior user interface design skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into beautiful, intuitive, and functional designs. Responsibilities:1. Execute all visual design stages from concept to final production with branding guidelines2. Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks3. Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas4. Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders5. Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards Requirements: 1. Proven Web Design experience2. Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio3. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, In-design and other visual design and wire-framing tools4. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.5. Good working knowledge of major CMS like Wordpress/Joomla etc.6. Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively7.
