Job Description

• Design and develop engaging email templates and campaigns that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand campaign requirements and translate them into visually appealing designs.
• Optimize email layouts and visuals for maximum impact and user experience across various devices and platforms.
• Conduct thorough research and stay updated on industry trends to ensure designs remain innovative and effective.
• Utilize design tools such as Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, and Figma to create high-quality visuals and graphics.
• Implement best practices in UI/UX design to enhance the overall effectiveness of email campaigns.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and analytics to continuously improve performance and conversion rates.
• Stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

Skills

• Experience in design software such as Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, and Figma.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices, with the ability to apply them effectively in email design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.

Job Description

• Design and animate high-quality motion graphics that depict various industrial safety scenarios, such as individuals walking under heavy loads or moving in front of operational forklifts.
• Collaborate with safety experts to accurately understand and depict specific safety breach scenarios.
• Utilize AI video generators and stock video resources to create realistic and engaging safety demonstrations.
• Apply advanced skills in software like Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve to seamlessly integrate animated elements into video footage.
• Ensure final projects are clear, engaging, and meet the educational and demonstration needs of our clients.

Skills

• Proficiency in video editing and motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience with AI video generation tools is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and an artistic eye for animation and video composition.
• Interest in safety and industrial processes is desirable.
